Our sets

Charm 2000

This is based on the 1500W nominal power motor, and
there are two types of it. 
Charm 200C and Charm 200B

Charm 200C

This one – more expensive will be with colour display and the 35A sine wave controller.

This set will work with battery packs from 48V up to 72V.

The rated 1500W power is for the smallest 13S battery pack. If you will use 72V (20S) battery pack the power of this set will be 2500W and the fully charged 20S battery pack will give you 2900W

Because of that, as a standard the motor will be equipped with temperature sensor to allow you to monitor the motor temperature.

This set will come with.

To convert your bike to e-bike you will have to remove your rear wheel and fit wheel supplied with this set. You will have to use your freewheel or alternatively you can order new one from me. After removing crank you will have to fit PAS sensor and re assemble crank. Throttle, display and break handles will have to be fitted and controller to be placed in suitable position (for example under the seat). All that is supplied in the set. The other thing you will need is the battery. The battery pack can be designed and build for you as complete pack ready to be connected to the conversion kit or if you prefer I can prepare components for you to assemble it on site. (I will spot weld the cells and you will have to solder the BMS and wrap the battery pack)

 

Charm 2000B

 

Will be less expensive as it will work with the battery packs from 36V to 48V only and will be equipped with black and white LCD display and the square wave controller. This set will have power range from 1200W to 2000W when used with 14S battery pack. All components apart of controller and display are exactly the same as Charm 2000C and because of that you can easily upgrade this set to higher spec simply by replacing controller

Charm 5000

Because of its power at the moment as standard this set will be available from the shelf only as Charm 5000B but If you would like to have sine wave controller and/or colour display I will be able to supply it but the waiting time will be about 4 weeks. Charm 5000B is designed to work with the voltage from 48V up to 72V (13S to e20S battery pack). This set is based on the 3000W nominal power motor and it will deliver from 2800W to 5000W depending from the battery size. It is designed for more demanding customers. Usually this set will be mounted in to special “enduro” frame and all of them as a standard will be with the moped size rim. 19” moped rim and tyre is almost the same size as 26” bike rim. Advantage of that rim and tyre is reliability in harsh of road terrain, and it still can be fitted to normal frame if needed

this set is without PAS sensor as the power of the motor is to big for the PAS to be used (there is possibility to connect PAS sensor and control many more parameters by using additional on board computer called Mpe .
Charm 5000C will have the same components apart of the controller and the display the sine wave controller can be chosen from KT or Sabvoton with the colour display. Charm 5000C is available to order and the waiting time is usually 4 weeks. 3000w is nominal power of this set and it can deliver between 2800W and 5000W . The nominal power with 72V battery pack is 4300W and when the 20S battery pack is fully charged it will deliver 5000W
The motor is supplied with 2 sets of hall sensors and temperature sensor to control motor temperature.
 
 

Charm 8000

Charm 8000 is avialable from the shelf as Charm 8000B with 80A block kontroller and LCD display. This set can be ordered as Charm 8000C but the waiting time for that is at the moment min 4 weeks. Charm 8000C is with sine wave controller and with color display, it can be equipped wirh extra on board computer and in this case PAS sensor can be installed to this set.

Charm 8000 is avialable from the shelf as Charm 8000B with 80A block kontroller and LCD display.

Charm 8000 this time it is build on the 5000W motor.
And like the Charm 5000 this set by default is supplied as Charm 8000B set with LCD display and square wave controller.
Charm 8000B is designed to be used with “enduro” frames I won’t recommend it to be fitted to normal frame, but obviously there is that possibility. This set is designed to work with 20S 72V battery pack and as a standard comes with

Please note this is not a toy as the pick power of this set is more than 14kW (14000W)
this set is without PAS sensor as the power of it is enormousness.
And again this set can be equipped with Mpe on board computer and by touch of a button you can restrict this set to road legal power and you will be able to use PAS sensor when Mpe will be installed.
This set can be supplied with Sabvoton controller and colour display to but the waiting time for that configuration will be about 4 weeks.
The motor is supplied with 2 sets of hall sensors and temperature sensor to control motor temperature.
All sets by default are designed to be used only off-road as the power and the speed they can achieve are above legally allowed for use on the public road!
All sets can be restricted to legal on the road power and speed but the Charm 3000 and Charm 5000 will require Mpe to achieve that.
